The Loft offices are divided into two spaces, one of which has a fully-equipped kitchenette. A private balcony transforms the office into a unique indoor-outdoor space. Each office comes with the corresponding number of workstations or conference table, wi-fi and a private WC & shower.

The rooftop is one of a kind in Geneva. The green rooftop terrace is accessible 24/7, to work or relax with colleagues and clients. It is also an ideal place to host events.

GROUND FLOOR, TERRACE, KITCHEN & LOUNGE

The ground-floor is a great space for meals, work, meetings and conference events. The lounge and kitchen open up to a large terrace.  Food trucks are present daily.  The three areas can  can be reserved and set-up for conferences or internal meetings. 

MEETING ROOMS

Our meeting rooms are available 24/7 and can be reserved at any time. All meeting rooms have ceiling to floor windows. The Executive meeting rooms on the upper floors also have a balcony, providing an elegant indoor-outdoor vibe.

Le 35 is conveniently located at the La Praille exit of the highway, just 15-20 minutes away from the centre of Geneva and the Geneva airport. Public transport is within close proximity.
