FAQs

  • How does the fee structure work?
    Our fee policy is simple and transparent: SERVICED OFFICE FEES are billed at the end of each month ON-DEMAND SERVICES are billed the beginning of the month based on previous month's usage.​ A ONE-TIME SET-UP FEE is billed with the first month's fees. This one-time fee is equivalent to the fee for the chosen space.
  • Can we bring our own equipment and furniture?
    Fees include a number of workstations (and conference table if desired). You can replace our office furniture with your own, but this will not impact the fee on the space you have chosen. Computer equipment is not included in the serviced spaces. In addition, each space comes with wi-fi, a dedicated phone and fax number. as well as a dedicated IP and email address.
  • When does the contract start/end?
    You can book your serviced space on a monthly basis, or commit to a 6-month or 12-month period for a reduced package price. All contracts are automatically renewed if not terminated by either party. Contact us for a sample contract & full list of packages.
  • Are there parking spaces?
    Yes, we have different door-front parking space options for cars and bicycles that can be ordered separately. Pricing starts at CHF xx/month for bicycles and CHF xx/month for cars.
  • What services are included with a serviced office?
    All spaces come with the corresponding number of workstations, wi-fi, security access badges, daily cleaning, dedicated telephone & fax number, dedicated email address, access to shared common spaces and facilities, company signage at the reception and the door to your space, centralised cooling and heating, as well as a credit for concierge, reception, IT support, document copying & scanning.... ​ Contact us for a full list of services.
  • Which extra services can be ordered?

  • Is the location convenient?
    Le 35 is located in the up-and-coming area of La Praille. It is right off the exit of the highway and public transport is within close proximity. La Praille shopping centre is walking distance from the premises. Le35 is a 20-minute drive from the airport & from Geneva centre.
